At Crown Dental Club, we believe clarity builds trust. Every patient deserves to understand how membership works and what makes our approach different. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about our concierge dental care.
-
What makes Crown Dental Club different?
Crown Dental Club was created to reimagine the dental experience. Every detail, from the design of our space to our diagnostic process, is built around hospitality and thoughtful care. We operate on a membership model that provides direct access to the doctors and team for truly personalized service.
-
What is a membership model?
Our membership replaces insurance with intention. Members receive comprehensive diagnostics, preventive care, and priority access to treatment. You have direct communication with your doctor and a transparent plan for long-term oral health.
-
What is included in my membership?
Each membership includes an annual diagnostic suite, all ongoing examinations and consultations, and three professional cleanings. Members also receive imaging as needed, and direct consultations with our doctors. Premium memberships include monthly cleanings, an annual in-office whitening, and preferred pricing on procedures.
-
Do you accept dental insurance?
We do not accept insurance. Instead, we focus on transparent pricing and concierge-level service. This allows us to spend more time with each patient and make treatment decisions based solely on your needs, not third-party limitations and restrictions.
As a courtesy to our members that do have dental insurance, we will submit claims on members’ behalf. Any reimbursement for treatment will be sent directly from the insurance company to the member. -
What is Lumoro Advanced Diagnostics?
Lumoro is our proprietary diagnostic platform that uses advanced imaging technology and a saliva screening to assess your oral health. It provides insight into potential risks for decay, gum disease, and other conditions. We also assess tooth and gum health, tooth positioning, bite balance, airway access, and screen for oral cancer. These findings guide every care plan, helping us deliver proactive, data-driven dentistry.
-
Who provides care at Crown Dental Club?
Your care is led by Dr. Scott Drucker and Dr. Michael Levi. Dr. Scott Drucker, a board-certified periodontist and implant surgeon. Dr. Michael Levi is a Chicago-trained general dentist who has advanced training in biomedical science and human nutrition. Every member of the team shares the same commitment to integrity, transparency, and hospitality.
-
What procedures are available?
Members have access to comprehensive care under one roof. Services include general and preventive dentistry, cosmetic treatments, dental implants, full-arch restorations, periodontal therapy, endodontics, and oral surgery.
-
What type of patients do you serve?
Crown Dental Club is designed for patients who value personalized care, convenience, and transparency. Many of our members are professionals or retirees seeking a consistent, high-level experience focused on long-term health.
-
How do I become a member?
Joining begins with a consultation and comprehensive diagnostic exam. Once complete, you can enroll in either a standard or premium membership plan. Our team will walk you through the details and help you choose the best fit for your needs.
-
What can I expect on my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive evaluation using Lumoro Advanced Diagnostics, our proprietary methodology designed to capture a complete picture of your oral health. You’ll meet with Dr. Levi to review advanced imaging and discuss your treatment goals. This appointment establishes the foundation for personalized, long-term care that supports your comfort, confidence, and lasting results.
-
Is there a waitlist?
To preserve the quality of the patient experience, membership availability is limited. If our schedule is at capacity, we maintain a short waitlist and notify interested patients as openings become available.
