You’ll meet with Dr. Levi to review advanced imaging and discuss your treatment goals. This appointment establishes the foundation for personalized, long-term care that supports your comfort, confidence, and lasting results.

Crown Dental Club operates outside the insurance ecosystem to provide transparent pricing and uncompromised care. By removing third-party restrictions, we focus on clinical quality, personalized time with each patient, and proactive treatment planning. This model allows genuine hospitality and medical integrity to guide every recommendation, free from external pressure or quotas.
As a courtesy to our members that do have dental insurance, we will submit claims on members’ behalf. Any reimbursement for treatment will be sent directly from the insurance company to the member. -
