Your next chapter

Retirement can change how dental care is paid for—not how thoughtfully it should be delivered.

If any of the following sound familiar, you are in the right place. We will help you understand the available next steps without pressure.

My employer benefits are ending.

I want to understand what comes next without sorting through confusing choices alone.

I want consistent preventive care.

I value a team that knows my history and helps me stay ahead of problems.

I may need more involved treatment.

I want general and specialty needs considered together instead of fragmented care.

I want clearer costs and guidance.

I want time to understand recommendations before making decisions.

Why dental decisions often change in retirement

Understanding what Medicare does—and does not—mean for dental care.

Original Medicare generally does not cover routine dental services such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, or implants, except in certain limited circumstances connected to covered medical care. Some Medicare Advantage plans offer supplemental dental benefits, but networks, allowances, and other terms vary by plan. Crown Dental Club is neither of these. Crown is a direct membership relationship with our dental practice, designed for people who value comprehensive care, personal attention, and greater clarity.

Benefits, networks, and reimbursement rules vary by plan. Our team can explain Crown’s process and the questions you may want to ask your plan before deciding.

Every level includes a defined schedule of preventive care and diagnostics. Signature and Premium add enhanced diagnostics, specialist consultations, and preferred pricing on eligible additional treatment.

Crown offers general and specialty perspectives within one practice. When multiple areas of care are involved, the team can coordinate the diagnosis, priorities, and treatment sequence.
